The new Stadthotel Tribschen is being built in the Tribschen district of Lucerne with an expected completion date in 2025. This project will see a new building replace the existing headquarters, which have stood at the site since 1975, of the property owners HG Commerciale (HGC) and Central Swiss Builders' Association (ZBV).
Eberli AG from Sarnen in the canton of Obwalden will be responsible for overseeing overall project management, construction supervision and construction management activities, further details of which can be found in a LinkedIn post. The design competition for the project was won last year by the Lucerne-based architect’s office Lütolf und Scheuner Architekten GmbH.
A business and holiday hotel offering around 140 rooms in three-star superior class is to be built on the site. The hotel will be operated by Tavolago AG from Lucerne. The subsidiary of the shipping company SGV already runs numerous restaurants and other gastro enterprises in the region.
Eberli AG recently finalized another hotel project. The company acted as the sole contractor for the Kempinski Palace Engelberg. The hotel situated in the canton of Obwalden opened its doors to the public last summer.
