Eberli, a company based in Sarnen in the canton of Obwalden, is looking to ramp up its involvement in apprentice training schemes. To achieve this, the complete service provider for the construction and real estate sector of Central Switzerland is set to increase the number of apprentices it takes on, Eberli writes in a press release. In specific terms, two trainees will be offered the opportunity to start commercial apprenticeships (KV EFZ profile E – a Federal certificate of proficiency in Switzerland for trainees in commercially focused roles monitored by the Swiss commercial employees association) this year and next, starting in the summer in each case.
Those interested in applying can gain an insight into the job profile and training at Eberli on trial days. The next of these is scheduled to take place on May 4, Eberli explains.
On the trial days, potential applicants will be introduced to the tasks that commercial apprentices are face with in addition to receiving answers to any questions that they might have. At the same time, they will have an opportunity to form a personal impression of the company and role in addition to getting to know apprentices and employees working at Eberli. The registration form for the trial days can be completed online.
