The Master in Strategy and International Management (SIM-HSG) program at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) has been ranked in first place worldwide for the twelfth consecutive year in the Financial Times rankings of international Masters in Management programs. As a result, the international degree program again tops the list of the world’s 100 best Management Masters programs, further details of which can be found in a press release.

HEC Paris was ranked in second place, with the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University taking third place. The rankings compiled by the British daily newspaper for business and economic current affairs is based on an annual survey of business schools and their alumni. It takes into account criteria such as achieved goals, international mobility, quality of education, careers and salary.

According to the press release, the unique features of the Masters degree at the University of St.Gallen include a focus on personal development in addition to imparting specialist skills. “We intentionally put the question of individual purpose and values in the forefront while providing the students with the business acumen that they will need as effective leaders”, explains Omid Aschari, SIM-HSG Managing Director, in the press release.

Accordingly, the program successfully attracts students who, in addition to having a keen entrepreneurial spirit, are “committed to social sustainability and global development”. Moreover, the Masters students also benefit from an active and engaged network of graduates.
