Since the beginning of 2017 we have been working hard to redevelop the CUBE database and the user platform. You saw last year in May the first step in this development with the release of the new interface that followed the launch of the new S-GE website.
We have been very pleased with the performance of this new version that has proven itself to be very stable, easy to use and much quicker, both when searching and when making updates to your profiles. This new site is much easier for us to manage, to make changes to and to develop new functions.
We are also very happy that these changes have helped us to grow, at the end of 2017 you were 475 Swiss companies.
Of course just being registered is not the goal of this platform, it is designed with you and your needs in mind and we are committed to continuing to use it to bring you new business opportunities and highlight your business to potential customers.
Direct connection to your website and your social media channels
Have you seen that you can now add links to your company or individual social media accounts? If you have a facebook page, LinkedIn company page or other account you can link directly to it. For example Synova has referenced their LinkedIn company page.
Did you notice that you can also use the URL of your public company page as a direct link and place this into your articles, publicity and other communications to show what you do and where you are active?
We have added the possibility for you to share what you find, your own page for example using the different social media icons located on the left of the screen in the public search views, we want you to be able to use this to generate more visitors and naturally that this will bring you new contacts.
It goes without saying that in order for these new possibilities to be useful we need you to make the necessary updates to your profile. Please, when you do take the time to review the list of countries listed under “Current Market Activities” (this is displayed as “Markets” on the public website) and also your “Future Market Interests” (which isn’t publically displayed).
