Veezoo has developed a conversational artificial intelligence solution that is able to analyze and visualize large data volumes. The results can then be used to facilitate fact-based decision-making in marketing. Users can simply enter a question into the input field and the intelligent software provides an answer based on the available data.
Baloise is now looking to use the Vezoo solution to strengthen its marketing and sales activities. It also wants to increase process efficiency and free up time that can be diverted to other work, according to a company statement.
“We were impressed by the speed at which data is acquired, by the support this provides for data-driven decisions and by the efficiency gains made, and as a result we entered into a partnership with this promising business start-up,” said Torsten Warnecke from Baloise.
The cooperation with Veezoo, a spin-off of the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, is taking place within the context of Baloise’s five-year Simply Safe strategy, whereby the Basel-based insurance firm is intensifying its search for investment opportunities and partnerships that can drive forward its digital transformation.
Just last week, Baloise announced a partnership with the French app developer Valoo. Its app allows users to manage, insure and value their belongings at all times, from purchase through to possible sale. The aim of the partnership is to offer a Swiss version of the app.
