According to a press release from Huber+Suhner, mobile network architectures must be developed in preparation for the introduction of the new 5G standard. The supplier of cables and cable systems based in the St.GallenBodenseeArea will be showcasing its portfolio of solutions at the Mobile World Congress until Thursday. The company can be found in the SWISS Pavilion, which is organized by Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE).
On display will be the latest portfolio enhancement of the Huber+Suhner MASTERLINE cable systems. These new systems are “combining AC and DC power with high-count multi-fiber into a customized hybrid connectivity solution – perfectly matching the actual needs of macro cell upgrade projects”. The company will also introduce its new Occhio antenna.
“Network densification by adding small cells and extra radio frequencies, related access issues at the radio part and the capacity issues at the front haul side of the mobile network are typical issues mobile operators are facing worldwide,” commented Thomas Ritz, Head of Global Market Management FO MCI at Huber+Suhner, in the press release. At the Mobile World Congress, the company is unveiling its solutions for mobile network densification to demonstrate how Huber+Suhner can offer customized solutions for communication network operators.
