Forbes surveyed 40,000 customers in 23 countries for their opinions on their current and former banking relationships. In Switzerland, 20 banks achieved the required minimum number of branches and scores. According to the press release, BLKB was shown to be the best bank in Switzerland. The banks were rated on overall recommendation and satisfaction, as well as criteria such as trust, terms and conditions, quality of service and digital services.
BLKB CEO John Häfelfinger: “We are proud of the Forbes award. It underlines the advantages we can offer compared to other banks and spurs us on to keep moving and improve each day.” The bank has invested heavily in recent years to strengthen its relationships with customers.
This survey was the first-ever look at the World’s Best Banks. Forbes is published twice weekly and, according to BLKB, its online version attracts over 27 million visitors each month.
