A Belgian-French SME with 30 employees, HeX innovates the notion of quality control in so-called sensitive environments, such as the pharmaceutical and hospital environment, through a unique global approach. The company offers comprehensive solutions to clean room users, including qualification of installations, equipment, and environments; calibration of sensors and measuring probes; biocontamination and sterility analyses and tests on any matrix; inspections; and distribution of equipment and consumables in the clean room field. The solutions offered by HeX are also distinguished by the fact that almost all tests, analyses, inspections and calibrations are subject to ISO 17025 and/or ISO 17020 accreditation.

A dynamic community of companies and research institutes

The new Swiss subsidiary of HeX Group is located at Biopôle Lausanne, a scientific campus dedicated to health and life sciences. HeX joins a dynamic community of more than 75 companies and institutes, including several headquarters of multinationals, innovative SMEs, highly promising start-ups and technology and service providers. The campus also hosts more than 25 world-renowned research groups, such as the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV), the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. To foster synergies and innovation, two programs have been set up at Biopôle: the StartLab start-up incubator and an initiative dedicated to e-health, the Digital Health Hub.
