Chemlys’ establishment in the canton of Vaud was motivated by the dynamic and innovative ecosystem offered by the Y-Parc and its surrounding region.

Made up of a team of specialists in physico-chemical analysis, French company Chemlys offers products and services mainly based on chromatography for industrial and laboratory clients. The company’s gas analysis solutions cover the full range of gas analysis needs, from simple major compounds to complex or trace compounds.

Thanks to an important growth and a recognition of its competences beyond French borders, Chemlys has decided to establish itself in Switzerland. The geographical proximity with the company’s Lyon-based headquarters so close to its border motivated the opening of Chemlys SA in Yverdon-les-Bains (canton of Vaud).

Not only will this geographical proximity allow Chemlys to develop its activities on Swiss territory, it will also help it simplify the administrative and customs procedures for its customers. All Chemlys solutions, from environmental constraints analysis, examination of analytical expectations, or automation and sampling, will hence forth be available in Switzerland.

Choosing a dynamic and innovative ecosystem

Chemlys opened its Swiss subsidiary on the premises of the Y-Parc Swiss Technolopole, a choice of location motivated by the dynamic and innovative ecosystem offered by the Y-Parc and its surrounding region.

The recruitment of new employees is planned in the near future to increase Chemlys’ capacity on both the Lyon and Yverdon-les-Bains sites.
