Killer Interior has been presented with an Audi Q4 e-tron as a prize for achieving first place in the Family Business Award by the AMAG Group AG, which is headquartered in the canton of Zug. According to a press release, the specialist for shopfitting and interior design was named as the winner back in September of last year and has now collected its prize from the AMAG location in Baden in the canton of Aargau.

The press release states that the jury opted for Killer Interior as the winner of the award due to the company’s “value-oriented business development” as well as its “inner drive and demand for continuous change”. For example, employees have the opportunity to continue their professional development at the Killer Lean Academy and benefit from “meaningful orientation” through the value of sustainability anchored in the company’s vision and mission. The company was founded in 1963 and is managed in the third generation by Marco Killer.

Both the second and third-placed applicant firms, Hobet from Oberkirch in the canton of Lucerne and Zenhäusern Frères from Sion in the canton of Valais respectively, were also presented with a car as their prize. However, in contrast to Killer Interior, they can only use this for one year and are not allowed to keep the vehicle.

The Zug-based automotive company AMAG’s competition for the Family Business Award 2022 runs until May 13.
