In other words: From 31 October 2015 it will no longer be possible in Germany to submit a customs declaration for consolidated consignments marked "Various" with a paper list of recipients attached.
Customs declarations will now have to be made electronically, which means that the succinct description "Various" will no longer be an option when it comes to listing recipients. In future, each consignment must be declared individually on a named recipient basis.
