Dexcom manufactures medical devices. The company specialises in the design, development and sale of continuous glucose monitoring systems for outpatient use. The company was formed in 1999 and is headquartered in San Diego, California. Dexcom Suisse GmbH was formed for the sale and distribution of its products. It is domiciled in Horw, in canton Lucerne, where the new company will be responsible for the sale and distribution of its products in Switzerland.
