Fasoon from Appenzell allows entrepreneurs to establish a company free of charge thanks to its online portal and cooperation partners. It has already helped a number of people since it was founded in March 2017.

Fasoon developed a business start-up platform to help entrepreneurs realize their business ideas. The company takes on the entire administration of founding a company using automated business procedures and cooperating with a number of partner companies such as Basler VersicherungenZürcher Kantonalbank or Abacus Research AG. In normal cases, this makes it possible to found a company quickly and free of charge, according to Fasoon.

“We deliberately offer not only the legal elements of founding a company, but also provide our customers with all start-up relevant topics,” said Damian Thurnheer, co-founder of Fasoon. The company’s aim is to “offer all people with a business idea the opportunity to implement it and test it in the market”.

Fasoon is itself still a startup, having launched its platform in just March 2017. Since then, it has already assisted numerous entrepreneurs on their way to self-employment. Fasoon is assisted by Ruth Meztler-Arnold, a former Federal Councillor and current chairperson of Switzerland Global Enterprise.

“Every company should have experienced contact people with an external perspective. We’re very pleased that we have this in Ms Ruth Metzler-Arnold as an advisor,” said Fasoon’s other co-founder, Walter Regli.
