The economic portal WirtschaftsPortalOst (WPO) has secured a third branding partner in Kindlimann AG, after Clienia Privatklinik from Littenheid in the canton of Thurgau and Credit Suisse. According to a press release, the steel trading company with headquarters in Tobel-Tägerschen is demonstrating its commitment to the economic region of Eastern Switzerland. WPO now intends to find two further branding partners, with each enjoying industry exclusivity.

“I am delighted that WirtschaftsPortalOst has secured another strong company as a partner,” said Robert Stadler, WPO branch manager, in the press release. His location and business organisation is dedicated to networking companies across Eastern Switzerland in a way that benefits the region as a whole. The WPO location brand will be further strengthened through Kindlimann, Stadler explains. “It is also a further testament to the important position of the MEM industry in our economic region.”

Kindlimann recently completed a new building at its site in Tobel-Tägerschen. The company has 180 employees, including almost 20 trainees. It supplies steel products to the construction, machine and chemicals industries as well as safety components for the automotive sector. “We want to acknowledge the strength of our economic region and more greatly emphasize our qualities as a regional employer,” said Chief Executive Officer Pirmin Helbling, explaining the reason for joining forces with WPO. “We are a powerful region to live and work in, and the proximity to the greater Zurich area adds to the appeal of our economic region.”
