Wladimir Klitschko and his Klitschko Management Group together with the Institute for Customer Insight at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) want to launch a second round of their joint continuing education programme CAS Change & Innovation Management. The programme was “extremely well received by participants”, said Klitschko in a HSG statement. As part of the programme, managers were taught the fundamentals of self and challenge management, as well as an emphasis on innovation management.
The two partners not only want to continue their collaboration in the future, but also expand it. Klitschko Management Group and the HSG have now signed a contract to establish a joint competence centre, which will focus on seeking knowledge about today’s challenges, methods and solutions for intrapraneurship with a focus on self and challenge management. Talks are now underway with potential candidates to lead the staffed doctoral position, and the two partners expect to announce at the end of August who will be assigned the research at the competence centre.
