Personal contacts with business partners can be an important factor for success. This should never be underestimated, particularly in Italy, whether it's for existing market presence or for new market entry.

In order to facilitate Swiss companies meeting with Italian business partners, the Swiss Business Hub in Italy has put together an overview of spaces located in the most important Italian cities. Swiss companies can use this infrastructure – sometimes free of charge – for bilateral meetings, informal gatherings, product presentations, seminars, press conferences and representation events.

The overview:

  • Clubhouse Brera, Milan: This room is located in the city center and is ideal for individual meetings
  • Centro Svizzero, Milan: The Swiss Consulate General, Swiss companies and the chamber of commerce are based at this location. It is ideal for events, meetings and product presentations.
  • Palazzo Trevisan, Venice: A hall which is a unique setting that can be used for receptions, exhibitions or presentations.
  • Swiss Embassy, Rome: Swiss companies can use the premises of the Swiss ambassador's residence. The residence has capacity for 90-200 people.

Upon request, Swiss Business Hub Italy supports Swiss companies in organizing and marketing the event or in finding a partner.
