The digital conference, which would build on the Zurich worldwebforum, would be held each year in the Zurich area. The measures also call for an annual Swiss Investor Summit timed with the World Economic Forum in Davos as well as an opportunity for Swiss start-ups to present themselves to international investors at the Zurich Airport, reports inside-it.
Other measures include establishing the Swiss Creative & Digital Academy to pool together the training of professionals in the sector and establishing structures to promote start-ups. Finally it was agreed that Digital Zurich 2025 will promote Switzerland as a partner country of the CeBIT 2016 fair in Hannover.
