Algeria meets Swiss food production.
The ultimate goal is to pave the way for Swiss and Liechtenstein companies to sell their technology and expertise to Algeria within the next few years.
At present, Algeria aims at reducing its dependence on imports of finished food products. This indicates that the country is increasing its food production capacity. Consequently, Switzerland Global Enterprise would like to explore the interest in, and the potential for Swiss machinery, investment goods and packaging for food processing & agritech solutions in Algeria.
S-GE wants to position Swiss and Liechtenstein companies in the near term as competent solution and expertise providers and partners. The idea is to corroborate previous findings and information, showing considerable interest in Swiss solutions in the country.
