A Satellite Event of the Singapore FinTech Festival 2020!
The SFF is the world’s largest FinTech event that brings together leading experts from around the world to discuss opportunities and challenges for the FinTech sector. Last year, over 60,000 attendees from 140 countries attended the 5-day-event, including heads of state, financial and technology leaders, FinTech founders and investors.
The 5th edition of the SFF will run from 7 to 11 December 2020, featuring a unique hybrid format that combines a 24-hour online event platform with over 40 events in Fintech hubs around the world.
Switzerland has confirmed to host two satellite events, as it is a unique opportunity for Switzerland to showcase its strengths as an innovative and competitive financial center to a global audience.
The World FinTech Festival in Switzerland is a digital event, broadcasted from the SIX ConventionPoint in Zurich and takes place on 7 December 2020 at 09:50am (CET).
Federal Councillor Ueli Maurer has agreed to be the keynote speaker. The speech will be followed by an in-depth panel on the strengths of the Swiss financial center with Thomas Gottstein, CEO, Credit Suisse Group AG, Ralph Hamers, Group Chief Executive Officer, UBS Group AG and Herbert J. Scheidt, President of the Swiss Bankers Association.
In addition, Switzerland has invited key players in the field of green and sustainable finance to present their initiatives during the "SFF Impact Summit" on 9 December 2020 at 10:50am (CET).
