The judging panel will evaluate the entries for both programs on the following five criteria:

  • Degree of innovation and feasibility
  • Degree of sustainability
  • Market potential
  • Job creation potential
  • Team and skills Top-class judges

The judging panel will be chaired by Paola Ghillani, former CEO of the Max Havelaar Foundation. As the strategy and management consultant explains: “The mission of Agri & Co Challenge is to expand the region’s network of innovative and sustainable companies, foster synergies between the different business sectors and create new value chains, particularly with emerging markets.”Other members of the judging panel include representatives from the worlds of research, academia and industry, including Nestlé, Cremo, Fenaco and Micarna. All four of these prestigious companies also partner the Agri & Co Challenge initiative.
