Business Outreach Webinar: Ukraine Reconstruction

The webinar aims to provide valuable information to the Swiss business community on Ukraine's reconstruction program and emergency assistance.

It is organized by the World Bank. The World Bank's outreach seminar is intended to enable the business community to participate more effectively in business opportunities created through Government and donor-funded projects in Ukraine. Further, the workshops aim to provide valuable information to the business community on the opportunities in the Ukraine emergency assistance and reconstruction program.

Specifically, the seminar will present/discuss to/with the participants the following:

- Brief of World Bank portfolio in Ukraine and about World Bank and Ukraine Reconstruction Trust Fund (URTF) emergency programs;
- Procurement rules and procedures of Ukraine and the World Bank;
- Tips for preparing acceptable bids and proposals;
- Mechanism for resolving bidders’ complaints;
- Challenges the business community to foresee their participation in and execution of contracts in the prevailing situation in Ukraine
