André Guedel

André advises multinational companies (MNCs) on choosing the location of their key value drivers and works predominantly with groups from North America and Asia-Pacific with expansion or relocation plans in Europe. He heads KPMG Switzerland’s business development efforts in this field and his primary focus is on Value Chain Analysis (VCA) as a methodology to evaluate and (re)locate key value drivers across different business locations. André brings a Life Sciences specialization to his role and acts as the editor of the biannual “Site Selection Report for Life Sciences Companies in Europe”. Prior to his role at KPMG, André led the Swiss Federal Foreign Investment Promotion Agency’s operations for North America and was based in New York. Before that, he was a scientific advisor within the Swiss Federal State Secretariat for Economic Affairs where he focused on redesigning the Swiss federal regional economic development policy and evaluating the eligibility of private sector projects for federal grants and tax holidays. André brings a wealth of experience to MNCs with existing or planned operations in Europe and is KPMG’s primary contact for economic development projects for regional and national agencies.

Kamales Lardi

Kamales Lardi is a bold and strategic thinker in digital and business transformation. She helps companies leverage digital disruption to create new opportunities for business and generate revenue. Kamales combines over 20 years of deep cross-industry experience with the latest digital and technology solutions. Since establishing Lardi & Partner Consulting GmbH in 2012, Kamales has advised companies across various industries such as Cim Finance (Mauritius), UBS, Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), Pfizer, BonusCard AG, Victorinox and Sanitas Insurance among others.  Kamales is a Visiting Fellow and Chairperson of the MBA Advisory Board at Durham Business School, and was recently listed in the “Top 10 Global Thought Leaders in Digital Transformation” (Thinkers360). Kamales founded BloomBloc, a blockchain advisory in sustainable supply chain. Originally from Malaysia, Kamales Lardi has been living and working in Switzerland since 2005.

Andreas Enderlin

Andreas is the Founder & Managing Partner of Hugo Capital Partners, an investment and advisory firm focused on digitally transforming Industrial and B2B companies in ASEAN. Previously, he was the Regional President ASEAN of Schaeffler and a member of the Executive Management Board (EMM).  Andreas is actively engaged as a mentor at several accelerators, advising Private Equity funds & Startups in SEA/AP as well as being an active investor himself. In addition, he is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and Chair of the SwissCham Digital Transformation award.

Before his move to Asia Andreas held various corporate leadership roles at Siemens, the 3M Company and Straumann in General Management, M&A and Management Consulting and worked as a COO for a AI/Data Analytics startup which he successfully excited to a strategic investor.

He then spent a number of years working for a Private Equity fund pursuing a distinctive Buy and Build strategy with a focus on operational value creation.Andreas’s core interests and experiences are around IoT, Deep Tech, Robotics, B2B, Private Equity and helping companies and people thrive.
