The Fleurolle AG produce the well-known Tête de Moine cheese shaver. The shaving system can be use for cheese and chocolate rolls. We are a family business and located in St-Imier, Switzerland.

The best Swiss chocolate (48%) with the finest roasted hazelnuts and almonds made into a melt-in-the-mouth ChocoFleur. Press the ChocoFleur onto the traditional Swiss cheese parer Fleurolle (originally produced for the Swiss Tête de Moine cheese) and turn the blade while pressing lightly to create beautiful chocolate rosettes.
