• Prototypes produced with our Stratasys FDM 3D printer or our rapid tooling concept from hardened steel tools in 10 days

• Many years experience with processing high temperature plastics (e.g.: PSU, PEEK, PEI, PPS) and absorbable materials
• Cleanroom production (ISO class 7 and 8 in operation according to EN ISO 14644)
• Additive manufacturing (e.g.: Arburg Freeforming, FDM 3D printing with PEEK) under cleanroom condition ISO 8 in operation
• GMP-conform follow-up processes (e.g.: laser marking, gluing, welding, tampon printing, soldering, assembly)
• Sterile final packaging according to EN ISO 11607
• Sterilisation responsibility (e.g.: EN ISO 11137)
