Every day, the Seiler cheese dairy processes up to 80,000 kg of fresh milk into Seiler Raclette, Seiler Bratkäse, Seiler Grotto and Seiler Sarnerli. Proving that they have mastered the art of cheese making is the "SWISS CHEESE AWARDS", which they've already won seven times.
