Looking to grow beyond Switzerland – but how?
As a start-up based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, you have already enjoyed your first successes and are now thinking about whether it’s worth making the leap into exporting. In most cases, the answer is a resounding “yes”, since globalization and digitization offer exciting international business opportunities for smaller companies in particular. Nevertheless, it is important to plan and prepare thoroughly for your market launch, since exporting is initially fraught with various challenges and risks.

Can we be your sparring partner on the way to international markets?
In the newly launched Export Sparring Program, start-ups get personally tailored export support in a two-hour consultation. During the in-house workshop with our experts, your individual needs will be considered and your specific questions addressed. The Export Sparring Program includes systematic examination of the key questions that arise at the start of internationalization. The workshops build on one another logically and can be booked either individually or as a series:
- International business model
- Choice of export market
- Planning the market launch
- First steps in the market
Following on from the consultation session, our experts will give you specific, individual recommendations for action to help you internationalize successfully. Where possible, relevant information and contacts will be provided to clarify and help facilitate further steps into your initial export markets. The workshop can be held in German or English.
