In the context of export promotion, the National Network of Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) includes the cantonal chambers of industry and commerce (IHK). Through the contractually organized cooperation with the IHK, S-GE ensures that the internationalization services are publicized and made available in all regions of Switzerland.
Also part of the National Network are the institutional partners SERV, Switzerland Tourism, Präsenz Schweiz and Swissnex. Cooperation with them provides the use of common platforms at home and abroad on which the available resources can be efficiently utilized.
Associations and sector organizations ensure that as additional partners in the S-GE National Network, the internationalization services of S-GE are adapted to the needs of various sectors and the associations and clusters publicize their service offers amongst their members.
The exchange of information with universities and colleges which are also part of the National Network of S-GE supports these institutions in orienting their services and research in the corresponding faculties towards the needs of internationally focused SMEs. S-GE uses the findings from universities to continuously enhance its offer.
Strategic partners from the private sector such as Credit Suisse, AXA, SWISS, International SOS and PwC top off the S-GE national network. Switzerland Global Enterprise works together with them to perfectly expand its core competences and for the Swiss SMEs to gain added value in internationalization.
In Investment Promotion, the national network encompasses the regional organizations of the cantons, the BaselArea, the Greater Geneva Bern Area, the Greater Zurich Area and the St.GallenBodenseeArea and the 26 cantons. S-GE coordinates the location promotion activities on their behalf and on behalf of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
