Individual export consulting
An individual consulting meeting (IC) is held between a company and an S-GE consultant. It can be arranged any time at one of S-GE’s locations, the company’s location or another location. Consulting sessions can also be conducted via Skype or over the telephone.
For start-ups we offer an individual Export Sparring Program. During the two-hour in-house workshop with our experts, your individual needs will be considered and your specific questions addressed.
Country-specific export consulting
A country consulting meeting (CC) is held with a company, an S-GE consultant for export and a network partner (from abroad). In most cases, this will be a member of a Swiss Business Hub or Trade Point. Such meetings are scheduled on specific dates and published in the S-GE events calendar. They take place either in Zurich, Renens, Lugano or Basel.
This offer focuses on building the skills needed for an internationalization project. It includes individual coaching/training sessions on various topics, such as the right preparation for exporting, the most important elements of an export business plan, the most suitable form of internationalization, the management of a sales partner, etc. The format and length can be chosen freely.
