The visual element of our new brand identity - grouped lines changing direction - represents our agility and ability to leverage local knowledge to provide tailored solutions quickly and effectively. The lines are inspired by a phenomenon in nature called a ‘murmuration’, where birds flock together and move as a unit, communicating with each other and reacting and responding in real time. In 2025, Alpadis will also embark on a partnership with Smiling Gecko Cambodia (SGC), a local NGO dedicated to addressing the root causes of poverty. Founded in 2014, SGC focuses on providing disadvantaged children and communities with education, vocational training, and work opportunities. Through initiatives in agriculture, manufacturing, tourism, and education, SGC has positively impacted around 30,000 residents in the Kampong Chhnang province. This partnership reflects Alpadis' commitment to giving back, supporting meaningful projects that empower communities and foster long-term self-reliance.
What I enjoy most about leading Alpadis is the deep and meaningful engagement with our clients. Every interaction provides me with valuable insights into the diverse industries our clients operate in, from finance to technology to family wealth management. But beyond the technical aspects, I learn about their personal visions, challenges, and the unique goals they are striving for. This enriches the way we offer our services, allowing us to craft solutions that are not just effective but aligned with our clients' personal and business objectives. Witnessing the tangible impact we make in helping them navigate complex regulatory environments or plan for the future is incredibly rewarding.
Another major source of motivation is guiding Alpadis through its global expansion. We operate in a highly competitive and regulated industry, and being able to continuously innovate—whether it's through acquisitions, new service offerings, or leveraging technology—keeps me excited about the future. Leading a company with a strong Swiss heritage, combined with our expansion into dynamic markets like Singapore, Dubai, and Tokyo, presents both challenges and opportunities. Moreover, I am driven by the responsibility of nurturing a company culture that transcends borders. I also draw personal motivation from my love of adventure and endurance sports. Much like running ultra-marathons or exploring remote corners of the world, leading Alpadis requires resilience, patience, and the thrill of overcoming obstacles. This parallel between my personal passions and professional life inspires me to push both myself and the company forward every day.

Alpadis’ relationship with S-GE has been both extensive and impactful. Since joining in 2023, we have actively participated in key initiatives, including attending the International Trade Forums in Zurich and Lausanne. We also collaborated with the Swiss Business Hub Middle East on a local partner search project and celebrated the official launch of Alpadis Japan at the Ambassador’s residence in Tokyo, with invaluable support from S-GE.
Additionally, we have participated in numerous S-GE events and had the opportunity to visit their offices in Zurich, Renens, and Lugano. Beyond events, we leverage S-GE’s investment promotion services to attract international clients to Switzerland, reinforcing the country’s appeal as a business destination. Our partnership with S-GE spans multiple areas, making it a truly broad and valuable collaboration.
