Export Award 2026: Looking for international success stories

All Swiss and Liechtenstein-based companies can now apply for Switzerland Global Enterprise’s Export Award 2026. We are looking for companies whose innovative strategies succeed on the international stage. The award ceremony will take place on April 23, 2026 at the Kongresshaus in Zurich.

Every year, a Swiss or Liechtenstein-based company receives the Export Award from Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE). Winning the Export Award brings the organization public recognition of their achievements, as well as a presence in business, trade and regional media, alongside many other benefits.

Assessment by an independent jury
International companies can apply online via the S-GE website until January 16, 2026.

In a multi-stage process, an independent and voluntary jury made up of figures from the Swiss business world, academia and the media reviews the submitted applications. They assess market positioning, international strategy, demonstrable success, long-term direction and risk management. The jury will nominate three finalists and select the winning company.

The Export Award is an excellent opportunity for Swiss SMEs to critically reflect on their international strategy, highlight their own strengths and show their employees they value them.

Award ceremony at the International Trade Forum
The award ceremony will take place at the International Trade Forum 2026 in front of around 400 participants and will be presented by Ruth Metzler-Arnold, Chair of the Board of Directors of S-GE. The event deals with the reorganization of the global economy and the global uncertainties that go hand in hand with it.
