Magalie Heraud to become Head of Investment Promotion at Switzerland Global Enterprise

As of July 1, 2026, Magalie Heraud will take over as Chief Investment Promotion Officer and join the Executive Committee of Switzerland Global Enterprise (S GE). She succeeds Patrik Wermelinger, who left S-GE at the end of February 2026. In Magalie Heraud, S GE has gained an internationally networked leader with more than 20 years of experience at the interface of technology, innovation, and strategic location development.
The Board of Directors of S GE has appointed Magalie Heraud as its new Chief Investment Promotion Officer.
Magalie Heraud combines many years of international experience in the management and development of organizations in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the core business of investment promotion. She was instrumental in developing and implementing investment strategies at London & Partners, the British capital’s official growth agency. She advised international companies and shaped London’s positioning as a first-class business location.
She has held various management positions over the course of her career and was responsible for strategic projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has led programs at ServiceNow and Oracle, driving digital transformation and collaboration with global partners. In Switzerland, she has steered strategic initiatives focused on C-level, board of directors, ecosystem, and stakeholder engagement, both in consulting firms such as Deloitte and as managing director of organizations such as the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
She is currently CEO of Growth & Co, where she assists start-ups and scale-ups with sustainable growth and technology-supported transformation. Alongside that role, she is managing director of GreenBuzz, a member organization that accelerates sustainability innovation and strengthens ecosystems. She is also a board member of the Innovation Association for the Swiss Labor Market (ISA), which focuses on the future of work, innovation, and AI upskilling.

Magalie Heraud is a 46 year–old, married mother of two children who speaks fluent German and English in addition to her mother tongue, French. She has a Master’s degree in Business and extensive additional qualifications in leadership, change management, and innovation.
