Rebuild Ukraine 2026

According to the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the recovery of Ukraine becomes the largest economic project in Europe of our time. Presumably more than a trillion USD will be invested in infrastructure projects. New housing, offices, logistic and industrial parks with millions of square meters will be rebuilt.

The reconstruction process will require a strong involvement of international institutions, organizations, and companies. It provides however, substantial business opportunities – also for Swiss companies. Therefore, it is essential to establish best possible contacts with the central Ukrainian government, regional authorities, institutions as well as with the Ukrainian companies. The private sector will play a key role in the reconstruction process, which is why Switzerland is encouraging the Swiss private sector’s involvement in the reconstruction through specific measures. As a neighboring country, Poland will take a significant role in the reconstruction of Ukraine. The country has already proven its position as a hub for military and humanitarian support. The Polish companies have been active on the Ukrainian market before the war and hence are able to provide sufficient support for joint projects for Swiss enterprises.

The international exhibition & conference “Rebuild Ukraine” held for the sixth time in Warsaw is providing an offline for companies, NGOs, industrial associations and governmental bodies to present their competences in recovery projects, materials, technologies, equipment and investments required to re-build Ukraine, with an emphasis on infrastructure, industry, energy and housing. There will be an Ukrainian national pavilion with about 20 territorial communities affected by the war and around 100 guest communities. The other scope of the conference will be organized under the support of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine - over the course of two days, the event will bring together high-level officials, international partners, investors, technology leaders, and business representatives to discuss strategic development priorities, policies, investment opportunities, and the digital transformation of the energy sector.

The previous edition in November 2025 gathered more 760 exhibitors from 33 countries with 24 national pavilions. The exhibition was visited by more than 6.200 unique visitors from 51 countries, 38% of them came from Ukraine.

Why to participate?

After the successful participation during the previous edition, Switzerland Global Enterprise, Swiss Business Hub Central Europe and the Swiss Embassy in Poland and in Ukraine will organize for a fourth time a SWISS Pavilion during the “Rebuild Ukraine” conference on the 12-13 of November 2026 to connect the Swiss decision makers and organizations with the Ukrainian side.

The goal is to accentuate the Swiss presence as a reliable and long-term partner in the reconstruction process and showcase competencies. More information can be found at: https://www.seco-cooperation.admin.ch/en/support-ukraine.

Once again, we would like to invite the Swiss private companies (a) that are already present on the Ukrainian market or wish to operate there; (b) that represent the sectors of infrastructure, engineering and energy; and also (c) the most important Swiss industry associations and organizations (NGOs) relevant for the recovery of Ukraine. This time, we would like to place stronger focus on showcasing Swiss solutions for the recovery of Ukraine. Hence, for some of them we would like to secure a slot in the official program of the conference and give them the possibility to present these solutions on the main stage.

For each of the exhibiting company we can provide a standardized space of about 3-4 square meters (2x2 m) with table, chairs and logo. The cost of participation amounts to 2.000 CHF for S-GE non-

member companies. Members can benefit from the price reduction according to their status (Gold, Silver, Startup). There will be also a “light” option of participation – poster presence for 1.000 CHF. The NGOs can participate with a booth as regular companies – in this case the cost also amounts to 2.000 CHF. The cost of a “light” option of participation is however reduced to 500 CHF. The participation of industry associations is free of charge as a logo presence. The poster presence will not include a separate space – the hospitality zone will be however at your disposal. Beside the space, the cost also includes organizational support from the Swiss Business Hub CE, catering, stand infrastructure, entry ticket, participation in the get-together briefing and reception dinner in the Swiss Embassy. The price does not include flight, hotels and transfers in Warsaw. We can provide a space for maximum of 14 regular exhibitors and 4 poster exhibitors.

The SWISS Pavilion will be organized with the support from the Swiss Federal Administration (SECO) and in cooperation with the Swiss Embassy in Poland and Ukraine, and the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. On the 12th of November the Swiss Ambassador will host a reception dinner at his residence for high profile guest from Ukraine and Poland.
