Information webinar: Supply Chain Act CSDDD / CSRD

Lieferkettengesetz
02Sep 2026
11:00-12:00

In this webinar, you will learn what the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) are, who is affected, which concrete measures Swiss companies should now consider and what direct and indirect impacts may arise for Swiss exporters – for example, through customer requirements, contractual clauses, data requests or expectations of processes and evidence.

The EU is tightening the requirements for sustainability reporting and corporate due diligence with the CSRD and the CSDDD. These requirements are also becoming increasingly important for Swiss companies with export ties – not only when they fall directly within the scope of application, but also when they are part of European supply and value chains. The CSRD obliges certain companies to provide comprehensive sustainability reporting, while the CSDDD sets requirements for dealing with human rights and environmental risks in their own business operations and along the value chain. Register now for the free information webinar on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00. During the webinar, you can

ask your questions directly via chat – we will be happy to address them in the subsequent Q&A session.
We look forward to your participation in the webinar!
