The aim of the free trade agreements is to provide Swiss companies with the most barrier-free access possible to international markets. Tariffs and non-tariff trade barriers are to be reduced.

In this webinar, we will inform you together with our customs expert Reiner Koch from the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) about the key updates in the free trade area. You will receive a brief overview of the current status regarding cumulation possibilities under the agreement with the UK, the PEM transitional rules, the planned reduction of industrial tariffs starting January 2024, as well as 2-3 examples of preferential origin calculation.
