certus diagnostics provides biochemical reagents for the rapid and reliable detection of pathogens. certus QC – mycoplasma is the first molecular rapid test for the early detection of Mycoplasma contaminations in cell lines. The isothermal amplification based test kit yields highly accurate results within 30 minutes. DNA/RNA extraction is NOT necessary. Any standard real-time PCR cycler can be used for detection. The simple to perform assay with its short time to result allows for frequent, sensitive testing with a minimal work effort.
