Exhibition celebrating Innovation from Switzerland “Can tech save the world?” has been launched successfully in locations around the world in 2021 and is set to launch in many new countries in 2022
“The exhibition CAN TECH SAVE THE WORLD aims to promote Swiss innovation abroad and to accelerate the sharing of solutions around environmental protection. As a ready-made tool, it’s easy to implement, and allows for local adaptations by the Swiss network” says Nicolas Bideau, Head of Presence Switzerland the coordinators of the exhibition.
Launched in 2021 the exhibition has already been promoted at events around the world from Australia to Bolivia, China to Germany, Jordan, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Tunisia, Ukraine, USA and more! Some impressions of it can be seen for example here: Poland, Serbia, China
The exhibition focuses on showing innovation from Switzerland and their impact on the UN Sustainable development goals (UNSDG’s) under the headings of water, biodiversity, mobility, waste and energy.
Most of the launches have been accompanied by an event where it has been possible to highlight companies active locally. In 2022 many more launches are planned in Africa, Asia, Canada, USA, South America, in Europe and in Eastern Europe. As the list is changing rapidly as new locations choose to promote this exhibition it is not possible to be exhaustive.
