Myrthe van der Erve from the Netherlands will manage the subsidiary. With additional employees on location, Virtual Affairs plans to better serve the local banks and insurers in terms of digital services. The software company from Amsterdam has received orders from Cembra Money Bank and Raiffeisen to develope solutions and concepts which will optimise digital interaction with customers.
According to Robin Peters, CEO of Virtual Affairs in Amsterdam, there is great interest in FinTech solutions worldwide. He explained that Swiss banks and insurers were analysing developments in other countries, in order to build up their own digital services. Thanks to extensive experience in its Dutch domestic market, the company can bring real value to consulting processes in the Swiss financial sector.
