This collaboration introduces an out-of-the-box AR bundle, leveraging the compact Almer Arc 2 AR headset integrated with TeamViewer’s advanced AR remote support solution, xAssist.
Almer Technologies, established by a team from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and Tsinghua University, has been at the forefront of AR technology development. Pilot customers, including Swisscom and Oerlikon, have already implemented the solution in their operations, witnessing significant productivity and efficiency gains. The use cases range from aftersales support and remote assistance to remote training, showcasing the versatility of the Almer and TeamViewer bundle.
