The Appenzell-based company formation portal Fasoon had added a new digital contract generator tool to its range of services. According to a press release, this is aimed at company founders. Start-ups can choose from a range of different shareholder agreements, partnership and employment contracts.
After answering a questionnaire, legally secure contracts are drawn up for the interested parties. The benefit of this new service is twofold, the press release explains, as it offers both rapid processing and cost-effective creation of contracts. According to the information, the contract templates have been reviewed by lawyers experienced in the respective sectors.
“Cash is rarely abundant at start-ups”, comments Walter Regli, co-founder of Fasoon, in the press release. “For this reason, we developed the online contract generator together with established legal partners”, he concludes.
