SoftwareONE is joining forces with panagenda from the Austrian capital of Vienna. Together with its new partner, SoftwareONE Deutschland from Leipzig, the German subsidiary of SoftwareONE Holding AG based in Stans in the canton of Nidwalden, wants to improve the efficiency and user-friendliness of platforms such as Microsoft 365 and HCL Notes/Domino, further details of which can be found in a press release.
Accordingly, both IT service providers are combining their existing solutions in the area of Unified Communications (UC). In particular, SoftwareONE and panagenda are keen to optimize the collaboration application Microsoft Teams.
To achieve this, the OfficeExpert solution developed by panagenda collects detailed telemetry data from every Teams user and combines it with data from Microsoft Call Records. This approach, in turn, provides SoftwareONE’s global UC team with a data-driven offering for the optimization of Microsoft Teams via its UCNext service. The service combination is already available in Europe and will soon be rolled out across the USA.
The combination of the two services “leaves no blind spots in troubleshooting, increases 1st level resolution, and reduces mean time to repair (MTTR) by 40 to 60 percent”, explains Jochen Wilde, Business Owner Unified Communications DACH at SoftwareONE, in the press release. The result here is a significant reduction in operational costs, end-user downtime, and lost productivity.
