“Since 2012, we have supported numerous Swiss companies of all sizes in their transformations. We share the same culture of excellence. It was time for us to take the plunge and establish a local presence to continue assisting our longstanding clients and offer our expertise to new enterprises,” says David Fernandez, Associate Director of the firm.

In Switzerland, as elsewhere, OPEO‘s clients share a common need: to transform and adapt their culture and industrial practices to meet the new demands of their customers while addressing environmental challenges and mastering their value chain. OPEO has already assisted key Swiss players in their respective industries, such as Savencia in agri-food, Merck in pharmaceuticals, and iconic luxury brands like Chanel and Audemars Piguet.

“Audemars Piguet trusted OPEO for guidance in its Operational Excellence project because we share the same humanistic vision of transformation. We encourage the talent of each individual to create the extraordinary, and OPEO has helped us in this direction,” states Xavier Nolot, Supply Chain Director at Audemars Piguet.

Situated at the heart of the local economy, the firm has also fostered a trusting relationship with the network of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region, comprising 27% of the national GDP. This is evident in the transformation projects undertaken alongside companies such as Vaucher, Quadrance, and Someco.

Norman Pardanaud will lead the subsidiary, bringing 18 years of experience in industrial operations from roles in major corporations like Thales, Nestlé, and LVMH. Pardanaud expresses the ambition to achieve 25 to 30% of the firm’s revenue in Switzerland, working alongside their team to further develop activities with both longstanding and new clients in the luxury, pharmaceutical, agri-food, and machine-tool sectors. Notably, GGBa and Innovaud have accompanied this expansion, reinforcing the collaborative efforts to make OPEO’s international venture successful in the region.
