The consulting company Deloitte intends to expand further in Switzerland. Deloitte has posted double-digit growth in nine out of the last 10 years, revealed a statement. Last year, it expanded its talent pool by 18 per cent to 1,690 employees. Now, Deloitte has secured more space for further growth.
The company will move into the Prime 2 new development, which is being built next to the Prime Tower and is scheduled for completion in 2020, according to the statement. Deloitte’s current Swiss headquarters in Zurich Enge will be consolidated into the new location, bringing all Zurich employees together under one roof.
Thanks to its unique blend of work and lifestyle, and its central location, Zurich-West is an ideal location for Deloitte’s new Swiss headquarters, explained the statement. Big investments in the infrastructure have made the Hardbrücke quarter a first-class business address.
Nick Davies, Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte, described the location as “centrally situated, near our clients, and with a lot to offer transport, food and leisure-wise to our people.” He added that Deloitte’s new Swiss headquarters in Zurich mark an important milestone in the company’s history, supporting Deloitte’s ambitious growth plans and innovative ways of working.
