The St.Gallen New Work Forum will be held in the premises of the Olma agricultural fair in St.Gallen. Running from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, attendees can learn about the workplace of the future through presentations and workshops.

The main focus of the forum is on the influence of digitalization, demographic change and changing social values on the working environment. Speakers from industry and research will present their findings on new approaches to business management, office design and working models.

In a total of 11 workshops, participants will also have the opportunity to develop their own solutions for transforming the working environment, one that puts the human being front and centre. Six seminars in the morning will deal with the future of learning, cooperation composition, management, organization design, workplace, technology and people. In the afternoon, participants can choose from five additional seminars on these topics.

The event will be rounded off in the afternoon with a presentation on the results of the workshops as well a panel discussion. The complete event programme, including a list of all speakers and seminar leaders, is available on the website of HR Panel New Work
