The cyberTALENTS Bodensee initiative is being launched on November 24, as outlined in a press release issued by the Internationale Bodensee-Hochschule (IBH). For this, the IBH is working with cyberLAGO, a cross-border network based in the city of Constance for digital experts in the Lake Constance area.

The initiative is aiming to achieve several overarching ambitions all at once: firstly, promising talents educated in the region should also be able to find gainful employment in the local area; secondly, specialists already based in the area around Lake Constance should be retained; and thirdly, the Lake Constance region should be made attractive to specialists located elsewhere. For this purpose, measures are to be developed within the framework of the cyberTALENTS Bodensee initiative that enable the appropriate framework conditions to be put in place.

The initiative will be launched by way of an online event held on November 24. Business representatives, specialists, students, universities representatives and other interested parties can apply to register for the event online. Over the course of a two-hour seminar, ideas are to be pooled that aim to form the foundations for the success of the project.
