Panama - The Business Hub for Central America

Numerous Swiss citizens as well as companies have already discovered Panama as a base for their operations in Central America, of which more than 60 are affiliated with the Swiss-Panamanian Chamber of Commerce (CCSP).

For Switzerland, which in 2018 was the fourth largest investor country behind Colombia, the United States and Canada, Panama is an appealing location for large companies in the Central American region. However, the country is also attractive for medium-sized companies that wish to enter the regional market.
