Particularly worth noting is that the number of innovative SmartCities in Spain has increased sharply. Accordingly, the digital economy plays a major role and shows great potential for growth. The situation with sustainable environmental technology is similar. To increase efficiency, municipal or state tasks will increasingly be awarded to Public Private Partnerships.
