SWISS Pavilion @ Pollutec 2021, Lyon

More than 55’000 trade visitors from all over the world and over 2’000 exhibitors are expected to attend the 28th edition of Pollutec. Along with IFAT, the fair is Europe's largest international trade fair for environmental technologies and services and will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2018. Following 10 environmental sectors form the focus of the show: Waste management and recycling, water and wastewater management, energy, analysis, air, risk management, polluted sites and soils, urban development, as well as biodiversity and institutions. With an additional accompanying programme of 400 conferences and seminars, the fair is an elementary forum for environmental technology in Europe. France is a very environmentally conscious country. The French environmental market is very dynamic by international standards and the current government is also making great efforts to enforce agreements and finance longer-term environmental projects. These are good preconditions for Swiss environmental searching for business opportunities in this region.
